Patients have praised the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who are described as very friendly, nice, accommodating, and personable. Doctors at the clinic are highly regarded for their care and attentiveness. Patients appreciate that the doctors are responsible, quick, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The receptionists are beyond friendly, inviting, and kind, always looking out for the patients. While the clinic is busy, patients have highlighted the efforts of the staff to manage the workload. The experience is satisfactory and wonderful, making patients very happy and satisfied.
I was here last week and this week and I must say not bad. The receptionist were so eager to help and listen. The only problem I have is one of the receptionist has a very loud voice. I believe you all know which receptionist I’m talking about. This is a clinic so discretion is definitely required. She can’t be that loud when talking to a patient please. Even when she wasn’t attending to me I could her voice loud and clear all the way from the doctors office. Please educate her on dealing with patients please. I felt so vulnerable when she was attending to me. Other than that every other thing is great.
i've been here multiple times and have had nothing but a good experience. everything is efficient. the longest i have had to wait is 30 minutes. the staff are so nice, and the doctors actually take your concerns seriously, which yo don't see often at walk-in clinics.
i love this location, i go here yearly for my TB test i have to do for my nursing school and other relevant medical issues I'm facing. the only reason i can’t give this a 5 star is i have never had them answer the phone
