I was recommended by a family member , specifically to Don at Braneida.I called 3 times , speaking with the receptionist, before finally getting a call from Don, who seemed annoyed, and rude . He asked if I was home later that day , to come by and check out my furnace .No call, no show, no nothing.I called back one last time, asked if they wanted my buisness, and that this would be the last time I called .Again, no follow up, no communication.Braneida mechanical doesn’t want the work, poor communication. Save your time and go elsewhere . I’m glad I didn’t have them in my home .

Moved into a home built in 1909 and had some issues with an air handler installed by a company that had gone bankrupt. Braneida, who looked after the attic air conditioner unit at this house, came in and assessed the situation for us and did everything they could to keep costs down. In the end we had to replace the unit and Braneida did the work. Very happy with the service and advice they have given us. We have now replaced the people that looked after our Viessmann boiler with Braneida as well. They are now our single source. Highly recommend Braneida Mechanical! Our furnace went on the fritz and we called a number of companies to see if we could get a tech to come have a look, but my wait time would have been 24 hrs or more. Sorry can't wait that long when its -10 outside and my house is getting colder and colder by the minute. Braneida not only had a better rate for the tech to come have a look, but also said they could get someone to us the same day. Perfect! Within less than 30mins from my initial call I had a tech calling to say she could be here in 15mins. Natasha came in, quickly assessed our situation and fixed our furnace in no time at all!!
