Karamveer and Aninek are the absolute best team working together!!!! Got my new phone and plan last night they were the best honestly 110% experience I reccomend to anyone wanting to get a new phone with transfer go to them!! Very nice and efficient with time management?sooo happy overall, you guys are beyond blessed to have these two as employees! Thank you sooo much <3

Was in from out of town on work and had to get few things for work, after being ignored by a few sales associates I was greeted at the solutions desk by Alice. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in suggestions for what I was looking for or finding alternative options. Despite her having had just dealt with a rude customer she still greeted me with a smile and helpful positive attitude.

I always love buying stuff from Best buy because of their quick financing options. This time at Brantford, I recently purcahsed my apple laptop and sound bar, which was a cool streamlined process except that it is hard to find a assistant to help you (a real struggle at Brantford Store).
