We recently took our dog to this veterinary clinic after she had an accident at home and needed emergency surgery immediately. It was an extremely stressful and scary situation for our family, but the entire team was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived.
They took the time to explain everything to us clearly, walked us through the surgery and the entire process, and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, they made sure our dog was comfortable, cared for, and in the best possible hands throughout the entire experience. My dog Harley had her nails trimmed …… and unfortunately I have to Sudate her because of anxiety ……. Yes a chihuahua…….. but for once I dident hear her cry very unusual …….. but her favorite person was there with the soft voice and a blanket …….. Danielle is always great with Harley since she was a pup
Beattie Animal Hospital in Stoney Creek is usually my home vet. However, my dog Sarge had some complications with a TTA surgery and have come to Brantford location a few times. Dr. Lima and her team have been great checking in on him and repairing the knee complications as needed! The calls personally from Dr. Lima go a long way! Thank you to this lovely team !
