Both of my boys took guitar lessons at Avalon in Brantford starting when they were in grades 1 & 2. Darren was patient with them both and they loved going to lessons each week. I never had to argue with them about going. They both took lessons for 10+ years and still enjoy playing guitar at home. It instilled a life long appreciation of music and confidence that can be transferred to other parts of life. Thank you to both Darren and Angela for their commitment to music for everyone.

My Dad, Andy has been taking guitar lessons with Darren for a couple of years and I’m amazed how Avalon has rekindled his desire to play again. The atmosphere and qualities of the school have not only inspired him to learn again, but also to try other genres of music. Darren’s passion for music has rubbed off on my dad.
