Truthfully had a good experience in the past and returned for a second experience in which made a 360 degree turn…horrible decision, horrible experience, nothing but continuous lies (truck broke down) (cant get there today, tomorrow we will be there) wouldn’t trust them any longer, unfortunately have to take the business somewhere else

It was great dealing with Sammy, he was super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Floors are not 100% completed but they are beautiful and were super easy to install. The return process wasn't the easiest just due to warehouse being a little down the road, but Sammy and team are so kind and made it worth it. Would recommend going with them for any flooring needs.
