I had a very disappointing experience with this photo studio. We ordered large framed photos and were charged around $600 for the framing. When we received them, the frames appeared to be very low quality and looked like inexpensive frames that could be purchased for only a few dollars. Considering the amount we paid, the final product did not meet our expectations at all.
The photos and frames were poorly assembled, felt loose, and did not seem secure enough to hang with confidence. The overall quality was far below what we were promised and nowhere near what we expected for the price.

Extremely unprofessional. Fraud, greedy. Never recommended. He said 20$ for digital photo, and then he forced to get printed copies as well and he charged 35$ total. He doesn’t even know the charges from professional places like staples which even charge 25$. Don’t ever go there, don’t.
DONT GO TO THESE GUYS -Very disappointing experience. My parents went in for simple printed passport photos but were told they had to purchase digital copies as well, which turned out to be false AT BLS OFFICE. They ended up paying around $69 unnecessarily.When they only went to get printed copies. The Guy told them only printed ones wont work they must take online
To make matters worse, the digital photos sent were incorrect, and despite multiple emails, the store has not responded at all. Pictures were not even taken properly.
These people are misleading and unprofessional, especially taking advantage of seniorsI would strongly suggest going elsewhere for passport photos.… read full review
