Yesterday, I visited the salon for a new set of nails. Unfortunately, the work done at Table #4 was not up to the standard I expected. I have attached photos so you can see the issues I was concerned about.
After I posted my review, the owner responded very quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate his prompt response and his effort to resolve the situation. He recommended that I return and have Lin fix my nails.

I was a last minute walk in on a Friday! I knew it was a shot in the dark but luckily they were able to take me in. Lin was so sweet and did my shellac in under 30mins. I highly suggest this place! The staff here are so kind. Will come back when I’m running errands around here again.
I just wanted to say I’m really happy with my nails—thank you! The shape is super clean and consistent, and the deep red color looks amazing. I love how smooth and glossy the finish is too. She did a great job!
