I was very disappointed with my experience. I went in hoping for a natural, flattering look and left unhappy with both my hair and makeup.
The hair color did not turn out as expected and looked much different from the inspiration photos I provided. I also felt that the makeup, particularly the brows, was applied far too dark for my features and hair color. I was uncomfortable with the result and had to ask for the brow makeup to be removed and redone.
While the staff were polite and willing to make adjustments, I left feeling frustrated because the final look was not what I had requested. When clients provide reference photos and clearly explain what they want, more attention should be paid to matching those expectations.
Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard I was hoping for.

It was my very first time getting eyebrows, facial and layered hair cut. Eyebrows and facial was good but disappointed by hair cut. I was looking for out curls and did mentioned that i want it to stay but they styled it differently just making sure it stays but I wasn't happy with the hairstyle. When I mentioned that to them they said it looks good and if you want get it corrected you need to pay again. They didn't cared about my satisfaction. Worst experience with the hair cut. Everything else was good.

I got a layered haircut, and the stylist took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted while also providing professional guidance on what would best suit my face shape. They were patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

The customer service was exceptional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I also appreciated that they use high-quality, professional products. I had a great experience at this salon. Ranjit was my barber, and he did an excellent job. He listened carefully to what I wanted, took his time, and made sure the haircut looked clean and sharp. Very professional, friendly, and skilled.
