Big shout out to this pet smart, they care about you and your pets. We had a few incidents with grooming but they handled it so well. They solved the situation before it even became an issue. Management is definitely doing something right!We had our cockapoo who is playful yet can be a handful groomed by Nicole - she was so great with our pup, definitely made her feel more comfortable and made her look absolutely great!!!We had our Maltese groomed a few days later with Maria, and she came out so fluffy and looking like a puppy again! Although we did not communicate how we wanted what our pup to look like she really listened to us and cared about our opinions and thoughts....read full review

I booked my Two dogs in for them to get there haircut by two groomers instead I got one and they didn’t even finish cutting him. They finished one but not the other. And I have to go back for them finish him. They said he pee and p**** The only reason it happened it was so long and making him so super nervous. That is why I booked Tammy and another girl. I’m not happy ?.16/08/23Today Finigan got his haircut by the Manager she know what’s she doing. She did a amazing job. I’m super happy.

This was hard for me to rate so low, as I love animals, and how they have an incredibly clean and well stocked inventory of pet products.But last time I was there I asked for some assistance because my cat had swallowed a toy, and I wanted a dry cat food that was appealing to cats, and not just owners because of the ingredients. The first person to help me suggested Royal Canine. Saying it was a great food for cats. I bought it. When I brought it home I saw it was filled with too many unrecognizable ingredients.
