Asif was very pleasant to deal with and was on time. For the next 2-3 days we watched the rats going in and out of the boxes then no signs of rats after that. Asif even did a follow-up call after 1 week. We are just starting to see rats again 3 weeks later and Asif was able to stop in again to refill the boxes.
