North Star is the best ! Unlike most years, we had a real issue this year with every squirrel and chipmunk in our neighbourhood wanting to move into our house. Shakeel at North Star is super capable, professional and a very nice person. Not only did he discover a main point of entry that other companies missed, he solved the problem humanely and with reasonable pricing. We would call only North Star for future issues

Shakeel (shakil?) was great with communication from the beginning. He spoke with my tenant as I was unable to be onsite. He's also very polite while being professional. We had a squirrel removed on the first visit on a Sunday night. We then needed a day visit to inspect around the house. We later had consent from my neighbour to also inspect her roof (abutting house) and he was very polite with her as well while handling the situation. I would recommend him to others in future.

North Star pest control did a great job job for us; they put nice looking, strong screens over our roof vents and plumbing vents to keep pests out. Saj is a professional, respectful person, very nice to deal with. It gives us piece of mind, that our roof and home won’t be damaged by pesky animals .
Saj and North Star just completed another job for us. Installing screens over our exhaust vents. Saves birds etc, from entering through the louvers. Thanks again Saj for another nice job!
