Asked the guy at Ashby Field to replace the keyboard on my laptop. He replaced it, but then didn't put back the parts properly, so it would overheat and fail. After i fixed that problem elsewhere, the paint on the keyboard also started peeling off only after a month. If I knew he would give me a bad quality keyboard, I would have kept my old one!!!!!

Preet was so nice very good at calming me down when I was freaking out about my phone ! I called in a panic and they were closing the store for the night but he waited for me to get to the store then diagnosed and fixed the problem !

Got my watches repaired. It was a quick service.

Got my phone screen fixed here, it stoped working the next month and said the warranty would not cover it even tho it was that there screen died. ( referring to correct locations do not go to them to fix your phone)

I gave my laptop to this shop for repair, and after keeping it for three weeks, they only identified the issue. After I tool my laptop back, we discovered that some internal components were stolen. They had removed the RAM and possibly other parts before returning it.

I went in to get my phone button repaired. I felt like it was an electrical issue. After the inspection, it was said it was a button issue. I paid for the inspection. I ordered the parts myself

I went again to get it replaced, and it turns out, it was also an electrical issue.....

They had to open the motherboard and told me all my photos and data was reset. (My phone was in repair mode) So they scared me also.

Then, after a month of delays and no answers, I finally got my phone

But guess what, after removing the motherboard to fix the power button, after a month, and after scaring me they erased my Data... THEY MESSED UP MY CAMERA.

I went back to the store, gave my phone for another week, and they said it was ok.

I went to a new store 2 days ago, so I waited 2 months in actuality, to figure out myself what caused the camera issue, which THIS store on Ashby Field caused. Not me, not no one else, but them.

They broke a camera connector pin. I had to wait 2 months to make sure it wasn't a software bug, but after 2 months, I went to another shop, paid $140 to that shop, to fix the pin they broke for the camera.

Overall, I wouldn't go here.

The service response rate isn't professional. They also broke the camera pin connector probably by going to aggressive.

All in all, paid over $300, to fix a button, left with more problems, with no compensation.

Are they going to refund me $140 for the pin they broke which I paid another store? Which they said they didn't do? I don't think so....

So truth is this, I will never go here. If you want to, that's up to you.
