We had such a wonderful experience at Luxurious Pet Spa! It was our cat Charlie’s very first grooming appointment, and we were a little nervous—especially because he had some matting in his fur. Fazeela was amazing from the moment we arrived. She took the time to walk us through exactly what she was going to do beforehand, which really put us at ease.
She was so kind, gentle, and thorough, and made Charlie feel as comfortable as possible right away. You can tell she genuinely cares about every pet that comes through her door. The space is spotless, her pricing is super fair, and the whole experience was just top-tier.
I took my two female bullies to get their nails trimmed - both are wiggly and nervous dogs - it was the best, easiest nail trim they've ever had !! We will be regulars there. I highly recommend for any service, you can tell it's all done with love!

This was the first time we brought our little Bella to Fazeela. She was wonderful and treated our little cat with such care and love. She really is a genuine pet lover and I will be bringing my other cats to her!
