I called this hair salon specifically looking for someone who not only cuts short hair but who would be able to correct the botched up haircut that I had received prior. Boy did they ever deliver. They set me up with Jorge. He took the time to chat with me beforehand, looking at my hair, talking about my vision and looked at pictures of what I wanted. He did advise me that he may not be able to deliver exactly but it would be close and better. Booked a last-minute appointment on Good Friday and the receptionist was amazing—so kind and accommodating.
My son is pretty picky about his hair, so we’ve had our fair share of misses… but Mark nailed it right away. He understood my son’s hair texture instantly and knew exactly what to do.
What really stood out was the attention to detail—everything looked clean, polished, and done with care.
The real test? As soon as we got in the car, my son said, “I actually really like it.” That never happens.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

First I wanted to express how amazing I was treated at Koi. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Sara was so thorough and professional upon accommodating an appointment while I had just walked in for just a consultation. I can’t wait to see the Koi team again!
