At the beginning of our appointment she showed me that she was using clean/brand new equipment. The process from start to finish was very comfortable and reassuring. Nicole was constantly asking if I felt comfortable and would continue giving numbing cream as needed - which I really appreciated.

Her work was professional and her attention to detail and consideration for my comfort (during and after the procedure) was greatly appreciated. Many months later, when I contacted her for information about a product I liked that she gave me she (as part of aftercare) she went out if her way and provided the item. Much appreciated!

She was professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain the entire process so I felt completely comfortable. My brows look so natural and perfectly shaped—they’ve truly enhanced my face.
