I went to this place expecting it to be expensive like most optical stores in Canada, but to my surprise the prices were very reasonable. The doctor checked my eyes carefully and gave honest advice, recommending only reading glasses for my long hours of computer work instead of unnecessary options.
The owner was kind, patient, and professional, and showed me a wide range of frames. Everything was completed quickly and smoothly. The whole experience made my work life much easier. Excellent service, honesty, and great value. Highly recommend I AM OPTICAL!
Excellent customer service at this store. The gentleman fixed my glasses perfectly and took the time to explain how to correctly wear and adjust them. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I was really impressed that there was no charge at all. Highly recommend this place for both service and honesty.
