Nice, warm and professional, homely as well if I may add. Even after making a choice of frames and later opting out for another after lens work, alterations were made even with a smile. Thank you beautiful people.
I had a great experience at I Am Optical. My daughter’s glasses had a screw come loose and the frame came apart. The store owner was so helpful, he quickly repaired the glasses and also adjusted the fit so they wouldn’t slide down her nose anymore. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. We really appreciated the kind and efficient service. Highly recommend!
