Worst place. Please do not go this place. They don’t know how to handle customers. Last moment cancelled my eyebrows and forced me to tip. Worst experience .

I had fame framing and got layers from one and only Tao. Did great work as always. And makes you so comfortable and explains everything in detail. Thank you so much for the change.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hanh Wellness Spa & Salon.

I booked my haircut appointment last Tuesday for Saturday at 1:30 PM. I drove nearly 40 minutes one way, only to be told after arriving that my appointment had been cancelled because the hairstylist, Abida, had called in sick.

What is completely unacceptable is that no one informed me beforehand. If the stylist was unavailable, why wasn’t I given a simple phone call or text? Instead, I wasted over an hour driving, spent money on fuel, and completely lost my afternoon because of the salon’s failure to communicate.

To make matters even worse, the receptionist, NATASHA, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I politely asked why no one had notified me and whether another hairstylist could accommodate my appointment, her response was, “It doesn’t work like that. Everyone is busy. You’ll have to book again.”

Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, show any empathy, or make any effort to find a solution. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and communication. If a salon cancels an appointment, it is their responsibility to notify the client—not wait until they arrive after a long drive.

This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ time. Because of the poor customer service and the unacceptable behavior of NATASHA, I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

When you’re visiting a salon for the first time, the receptionist is the very first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire experience. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, ours was extremely disappointing.

The receptionist showed a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills. Instead of being helpful and empathetic, she came across as rude and dismissive, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

To the owners: your front desk represents your business. If customer satisfaction truly matters to you, I would strongly recommend hiring someone who understands the fundamentals of customer service. And if the receptionist happens to be a family member, I hope that doesn’t stand in the way of making the changes your business needs before it starts affecting more customers.

I'd gone to so many hairdressers before that I was hesitant to try someone else. However, after receiving a recommendation about Andy, I visited and was not disappointed. It was great to have someone truly listen to what I wanted in a cut and color. Also, nails are done by Kristi was such a great work. Highly recommended this place.

Extremely disappointed! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. Most unprofessional Salon. It seems as if they are doing a favour to the client and so they can behave in any manner they want. They treat their clients like dirt. Me and my husband both had an appointment yesterday at 11.45 am. We were kept waiting till 12.25 pm. The salon had only two clients, one with Andy and the other at the nail bar. Andy (with whom we both had the appointment) was working on one client. When the reception guy told him about the appointment and that we both were waiting outside, he made a long face. We could see him from where we were sitting. He finished soon with the client and went inside the employee’s room. He did not tell us to wait nor did he acknowledge that we were waiting. We patiently waited and then asked the reception guy how long will it take. He went inside to talk to Andy and then told us it will be soon. We waited and waited and asked the reception guy again, since it was clear that Andy was free and with no client. The reception guy again went inside and came out and told us that he will be out soon. After another 5-7 minutes Andy came out angrily. Instead of saying that he was sorry to have kept us waiting, he rudely told us to ‘sit down’. Then he said very rudely, “You should learn patience, why are you people complaining to the reception guy. If you want service you will have to wait”. This was too much for us – he was openly threatening us. We left then and there without any service. If he had been busy or if he had simply told us that he will be with us soon or at least ‘thanks for waiting, I was busy’ or any such thing, we understand but why threaten the client as if it is our fault.

We want to ask the Top Management of Hanh Wellness Salon – Are you people aware that you are in hospitality business? Do you know the meaning of that? Are you supposed to keep employees who are rude, inhospitable, narcissist, have bad attitude, and threaten clients. We had travelled 100 km distance to get a service from you – and this is how you treat us, and God alone knows how many more clients. There are hundreds of Salons – who are professional and hospitable. Why will anyone come to you if you have people with such bad attitudes? You are hitting your own business. Your employees lack basic courtesy. Have you trained them to be rude and self-important?

This message is coming way too late. Like 14 years too late. Sakshi ji is a wonderful facialist who has transformed my skin into the tighter, more poreless skin that I have come to embrace. She is professional and kind and thorough and attentive, and regardless of what kind of day she’s had , she aims to relax the skin and the shoulders and the neck so that proper circulation can take place, and that glowing skin can be the end result. She also has a very good knowledge regarding skincare ingredients and can easily recommend targeted skin care for long-term benefits. Whenever I think of getting a facial, I know that I want a few things for sure: deep cleaning, clean products, extractions, and a gentle, but effective exfoliation. For the past 14 years, I have done the deep cleaning facial and have found it to be tremendously beneficial to my skin and my overall well-being too. I have travelled to different parts of the world where I have been keen to try facials, including: South Korea, Greece, England, and of course, Canada. Whether they were medical grade facials, or chemical peels, or European style facials, nothing has come remotely close to the way that I’ve seen my skin look and feel after one of the facials here.
