I’m a habitual nail biter and have very short nails, so I was hesitant going in to ask to get my nails done, but their work turned out beautiful - I can’t stop looking at my nails. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was very happy with the service. My nail tech frequently asked whether I was happy with the length, shape, colour, etc of my nails before proceeding. They were very patient with me too as I’m a very particular person and wanted a specific colour, and they were willing to accommodate and gave me results I was very satisfied with. Overall, a great experience going to Gel Essence :)
Have been a client of Gel Essence over 3 years, Friendly competent welcoming and extremely clean nail salon. Always punctual with appointments, I’ve always was taken care of from the moment I’ve walked in. The four ladies at Gel Essence do their upmost best to give their customers happy, after a manicure the ladies double check individually every finger for perfection.
They take their time to provide a superior service, as well they always remember your name.
It’s always a delight to visit the salon.

I am so impressed by my results. First of all, they took me in at the last minute, which was very kind of them. I asked for cat-eye nails with a black base and red on top. I brought my own gel because I knew exactly what colour I wanted, and they had no problem using it instead of their own, which I really appreciated. I’m never going to another nail salon. I was so, so happy with how meticulous my nail technician was. I was in a rush to get somewhere, which could’ve affected her performance, but she did not compromise on her attention to detail.
