It can get very busy but they provide excellent service still. We had to return 2 different sizes due to our own errors and they made the process very easy. Getting reusable Canadian made filter frames at a fraction of the cost of disposable ones is a win-win. Highly recommended.

You walk in, sometimes wait a bit for service, ask for the furnace filter you wish, then pay. When there is no one ahead of you, it is generally quick and friendly. Picking up in person saves you $15 shipping last I checked.

Ordered online via their website for a Lennox UVA PCO3 series filter annual overhaul kit. Order came quick via free shipping, and the parts worked correct and were OEM branded/spec. Price for OEM was better than the other popular A**zon online website selling off brand equivalents. Will order from again.
