The Cubeit office staff was responsive to all of my inquiries and very helpful with my initial booking and with arrangements for pickup. Catherine, in particular was helpful in advocating for me when I was mistaken about our invoice date prior to the unit being picked up. Both the delivery and pickup of the unit was quick and efficient, with no issues regarding the exact placement on the driveway that I had requested. It was precise and did not cause any damage. The one improvement I would suggest would be to provide the client with an estimate of the pickup time. Two basement floods and both times CubeIt had a container here the next day. Incredible service. Same with the customer service reps when I called. Each time, they are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
