My partner and I were visiting family in Brampton and I really needed a very expensive product to setup a networking system for my Mum, which showed inventory on the website but couldn't actually find it on the shelf. Josh helped me out and was the kind of customer service that I always love to get! 🤩

He was polite., respectful, and very eager to help and when he couldn't find the product on the shelf, canvassed around in local stores to not only locate it but reserve it for us and we picked it up just in time before the store closed. I would like to thank Lorenzo and staff for making buying a new laptop somewhat easy. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and understanding since I have not bought a new laptop since 2014. Boy things have changed. Two thumbs up to all of you.

Huge warehouse style store.
Good location with lots of parking.
They carry everything electronic or computer related at pretty competitive prices.
Just wish the actual in-store selection was more accurate because the website availableity is often incorrect.
