Update to the above which is still accurate in my opinion: I had an issue with a refurbished desktop purchase that was still under warranty. I brought it in, and the service desk happily took care of it more quickly than I expected. Way better experience than dealing with unknown entities through RMA shipments.
I would like to thank Lorenzo and the other staff at Canada Computer for helping me deal with Lenovo. My Lenovo Laptop died shortly after purchasing. Dealing with Lenovo's customer service AI is so frustrating!!! They refused to fix it even though it was still under warranty. Lorenzo got them to say that they would fix it. But 24 hrs later, It was denied? He phoned again, but they would not budge? A nice very sorry was offered. Well Lorenzo made it right for me! I came away pleased and happy. Again great staff, great prices, and they take care of their customers. That is why I keep coming back!
