I came to Best Buy and I needed help with choosing an option for a work/school laptop. Gurjot helped me by giving explaining to me the specs of 5 different computers. In the end we ended up going with a Lenovo that he recommended.

What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything instead of rushing. He carefully went through all the specs and details of the item we needed, making sure we understood every feature and helping us choose the right option.
