Brampton East Medical Centre

I don’t understand why this place has only 2 stars. My experience there was amazing. The receptionists and the staff member who takes the children’s weight are all very kind. The receptionist, BHUMIKA, is very sweet! My son was really sick and she helped us right away. We also saw an amazing doctor, Dr. Michael Hanna. Thank you, guys, for this prompt and amazing service. You guys are awesome!!!

I came here on a Sunday at 3:15PM to see a walk in doctor after checking their website to determine that they are supposed to be open until 4:30PM on Sundays. When I arrived the receptionist who was a man with a beard and wearing glasses who claimed his name was “Sam”, told me there was no doctor. When I asked him why is the clinic open if there’s no doctor? He said “I’m doing my administrative stuff”. He was very useless and not helpful at all. He didn’t treat my situation with any urgency and also didn’t explain why the medical clinic was open but not staffed by a doctor during their posted business hours. You pay the form don't give u reciept! They said that's is there rule. I need to have reciept to refund it from my employer. It's bad experience! No compassion and care
