“Worst experience ever. In an emergency situation, I called over 50 times and received no response. For a medical facility, this level of unavailability is unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about patient care and accessibility.”

Worse , the receptionist are not responsible always long wait time , every time I came with appointment and I wait for over hour , this time I reach late and they don't accept my appointment, where is the point when you let people waiting for long time and they already have appointment and when you reach late only few minutes they refuse your appointment . I never advise people to come here specifically to deal with the receptionist, doctors are good.

I don’t understand why this place has only 2 stars. My experience there was amazing. The receptionists and the staff member who takes the children’s weight are all very kind. The receptionist, BHUMIKA, is very sweet! My son was really sick and she helped us right away. We also saw an amazing doctor, Dr. Michael Hanna. Thank you, guys, for this prompt and amazing service. You guys are awesome!!!
