I’ve been coming to this clinic since 2024 to see Dr. Lisha, and unfortunately, the wait-time and scheduling issues have been consistent throughout that time. There honestly seems to be very little point in booking an appointment when you can still be left waiting 30–60 minutes or longer past your scheduled time. Arriving or checking in early doesn’t seem to make much difference either.

And the wait doesn’t necessarily end once your name is called. You can wait in the main waiting area and then be taken into an examination room only to continue waiting there before actually seeing the doctor.

I had a very disappointing experience. Dr. Lisha Chander didn’t take the time to listen to concerns and the appointment lasted less than two minutes. She didn’t examine properly or let me explain what had happened. Instead, she simply prescribed blood tests for a knee problem which didn’t even seem related to the reason for visit and left almost immediately. I left feeling unheard and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope future patients receive more attentive and thorough care.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:05 PM, but despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for well over an hour before being seen. I understand that unexpected delays can happen occasionally, but keeping patients waiting for such a long time without any explanation or update is unacceptable.

The whole purpose of booking an appointment is to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. If patients are expected to wait more than an hour regardless of their appointment time, then the appointment system loses its value.
