I needed most of my basement and stairs re-carpeted after a flood. The salesperson's understanding of my requirements made the carpet choice quick and easy. The two men who came to install were courteous and very skilled. The job was done in about 4 hours!
When I first moved into my condo the floors were poorly installed - they didn't all sit under the door frames/baseboards, but sat 'around' them and there were visible permanent pen markings from where the planks were cut, overall it was a botched job. This was not the case with Aktas - the floors were laid down beautifully, all properly under the baseboards and door frames, my neighbours even commented on how swiftly and efficiently they worked. They are highly responsive and quick, I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend Aktas!
Thank you Aktas Floors for repairing my herringbone hardwood which has chips in them. Herringbone is not an easy design to repair. I had contacted Aktas Flooring and within an hour their incredibly skilled installers arrived to my house completed work. They replaced the broken pieces with new ones and took their time in taking out the damaged. The work was super clean. They renewed my floor. The installers were very friendly. They vacuumed the repair site and kept everything clean. My family came home and noticed the previously damaged was gone. Thank you such much Mr. Aktas and the crew. I highly recommend this company.
