Writing this on behalf of my mom. There was a problem with the toilet tank (on a new toilet) that wasn't working properly. Mark was the first plumber that we spoke with that didn't automatically lead with what it'll cost us, but rather listened to the problem and was able to provided a solution over the phone that we were able to try ourselves. Problem was solved. Strongly recommend M.A.C. Stewart Plumbing. Mark's professionalism, knowledge and approach to customer service is next to none.
Mark helped me out during the aftermath of the ice storm in Barrie by quickly installing a battery operated sump to help prevent my basement from flooding. Much appreciated for you help again.
