We bought a Stihl chainsaw less than two years ago, unfortunately it died. When we brought it in for repair, Stihl did not want to honor the labor portion of the warranty.
The people at Bradford rental fought for more than a month to get Stihl to honor the warranty, and it worked. We got our saw back and it is working perfectly.
