Lowe’s Newmarket and the Seasonal Team went above and beyond the call to arrange for a special shipment of generators requested by those affected by power outages in Uxbridge. The generators were sold out everywhere and they arranged for a truck to deliver as many as were needed. The truckers and the Lowe’s staff stayed late on Sunday night after closing to ensure everyone who wanted a generator received one. The staff were courteous and helpful and not a peep of complaint for staying late. They even brought out a case of water for the folks waiting for their generators. Cheers to Lowe’s Newmarket for exceptional customer service!

Thanks for being so very helpful with my Traeger Grill purchase this am. So very pleased with it. Not many of these available but you helped me out. Thanks Lois & the other ladies @ Customer Service Desk and to Nick who helped me get it loaded into my van. You made my day !!!!
