I was a "walk in" on Tuesday. The salon was busy but Kim welcomed me for a short wait to have a manicure. I have Dupuytren's contracture in both hands. My fingers cannot straighten. Fortunately the condition is not painful. However, applying nail polish can be challenging. Kim was patient and kind. She had to remove the existing application and apply the new polish colour of my choice. I mentioned that I would like a pedicure, too. Kim accommodated with the removal of the old colour and applied the same colour as my fingers. The entire experience was relaxing in a pleasant environment. I highly recommend this salon. NPLK Nail Spa is a lovely place. Good-natured and caring people work here. I went here for a pedicure, and ended up having the best experience possible at a nail salon. The massage chairs were my favourite part. This place also has a nice aesthetic, and considering the close proximity of other, more boring, nail salons, this one takes the cake. My aunt had shellac as well, and it looked like she enjoyed it. It's a charismatic place regardless of if you speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or anything else. Just be sure to bring a translator with you.
