Cory,Yvette, Jody thank you I will never say I have an emergency unless I do. Unfortunately it was a call to go home, out of province for a dying family member. There is no way the car would have made the 4 and a half hour run to Ottawa to catch the flight. This was the fifth shop I had called and no one was interested in hearing or helping. I know this will be my first call from now on. Before I had finished my story they were on the phone getting the parts. We were fixed up and on the way before the end of day and made the flight. Thank you so much for hearing, understanding and helping, when others would not.

These guys are awesome. I was recommended to them from the jiffylube next door that I always go to. They noticed my brakes looked a bit rough. The mechanic from Muskoka Fine Cars came over and confirmed and offered to make me a quote. I said no thanks at first as I was a loyal customer to the guys who the jiffylube used to be beside. However when I went there for my brakes and asked how much they said about $1800 I figured nothing of it and said ok can we schedule it….but they couldn’t get in for 2 weeks.I was a bit worried if they’d last that long as I commute to and from Barrie.So I called cory back at the jiffylube and he said he would get me booked in at muskoka...read full review

My husband was looking or a place for routine service on our 10 yr old F150. I did the research and found this place. While in the waiting room repeat customers raved about the service to us. We brought the truck back to address the constant loss of air pressure in the tires. Based on his experience Corey said it could be the sensors which it was. Thanks to him and Jody for their thorough repair and service. The work needed is completely explained giving you confidence in their ability and most importantly their honesty.
