Cory,Yvette, Jody thank you I will never say I have an emergency unless I do. Unfortunately it was a call to go home, out of province for a dying family member. There is no way the car would have made the 4 and a half hour run to Ottawa to catch the flight. This was the fifth shop I had called and no one was interested in hearing or helping. I know this will be my first call from now on. Before I had finished my story they were on the phone getting the parts. We were fixed up and on the way before the end of day and made the flight. Thank you so much for hearing, understanding and helping, when others would not.
I am so thankful to Jody at Muskoka Fine Cars! I was having a moment of panic when urgent care was needed on my car. He not only answered right away, he showed up onsite to address the problem and fixed an issue cause from a 'quick stop' oil change done elsewhere. On the road trip, brake system not working. Luckily I found Cory’s team who fixed the car timely. Cory and his mechanics are all very kind persons, they patiently explained what why should be done. Price is fare too. Highly recommend.
