Cory,Yvette, Jody thank you I will never say I have an emergency unless I do. Unfortunately it was a call to go home, out of province for a dying family member. There is no way the car would have made the 4 and a half hour run to Ottawa to catch the flight. This was the fifth shop I had called and no one was interested in hearing or helping. I know this will be my first call from now on. Before I had finished my story they were on the phone getting the parts. We were fixed up and on the way before the end of day and made the flight.
