Modern Flooring did a terrific job on replacing our sixty year old cottage flooring. The floor was very even and we discovered asbestos in the kitchen flooring which added some challenges but they were able to navigate the issues professionally and fairly. The vinyl flooring and slate around the fireplace seem of great quality and were skillfully laid by Kyle. Hopefully they will last another sixty years!
John, Leanne and the entire team were a pleasure to work with as we renovated and expanded. The installation of ceramics, carpet and luxury vinyl was flawless and looks exceptional!
