Been searching for someone to style my hair in Toronto for years and kept trying new spots many very expensive but to no avail.
Ended up in Bracebridge for a reunion and descided that I had nothing to lose getting a much needed cut.
I left so happy and had a wonderful time chatting and joking with Wilma as well as the best hair cut ive had in 20 years. Im planning on making my way back to see the leaves change color but truthfully and equally looking forward by having my hair treated by Wilma once more.

Wilma has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. She always does a great job, and she’s efficient, adaptable, and helpful. The atmosphere is super comfortable, and the chats are great; it’s clear from Wilma and Ruth-Ann’s interactions with customers or just folks passing through that this place is a wonderful part of the Bracebridge community. Illusions was recommended to me by a friend (with a very different hair type than mine!) and I’d highly recommend it!

Been going to Wilma for 30 + yrs, always great service, conversations and great hair! Wilma chased my kids around and sat on the floor with them to cut their hair when they were younger, because they wouldn’t get in the chair - thank you❤️. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!!!
