Gerren was responsive from the very beginning. He provided me with a date and provided a time as we approached the day. The team; led by Josh arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job on our windows, screens etc. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. I came home after several hours away early this afternoon to find my cottage windows looking absolutely spotless, the screens perfectly cleaned, and on top of it, all of the cobwebs (several years worth) that were dirtying up all of our surrounding trim -were simply gone! I could not believe what an absolutely beautiful job had been done. I've already booked for next year and immediately called to say thank you.
