Overall, Bracebridge Glass appears to be a reliable and trustworthy business that provides quality products and services to its customers.
After two bad experiences with a competitive company, not even coming by to see/ measure our damaged windows, the fellows with this company came over immediately, and replaced our windows quickly and very efficiently. Polite, on time and reasonably priced, I will.never use anyone else!
I've been dealing with Bracebridge Glass for a few years, I'm in Huntsville and it's worth the drive for me to do business with them! They are very professional and do everything possible to make it right! A shout out to Rachel also, very kind, polite and professional! I'll see yas soon!
They helped me replace a crazy arch thermopane window. They talked me through removal and replacement so they did not have to make a visit to the house. It also sped up the replacement time which was only a couple of weeks for that custom window. They also stock parts for our NUTEK windows (TRUTH hardware) which can be tricky online.
