I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here during my pregnancy. From caring staff to physicians who take great care in answering my questions, I feel so taken care of here. I only wish they had an ultrasound technician on site so I could avoid the hospital entirely.
Dr. Hemens has delivered both of my children, and is now my family doctor.He tells you the truth, whether it's pretty or not. I respect him for that. I want a doctor who is honest.In the past he had a miserable receptionist (She was there when it was still Dr. Kent). I had many issues with her, and when I complained directly to Dr. Hemens, he told me she would be moved to an different job. The receptionist now are very friendly and accommodating.The other doctors and nurses in the office have always been very friendly, patient, and gentle.
