We had our flat roof replaced along with the shingles on our back porch, and the old chimney removed that was no longer venting. Jimmy walked us through each step, listened to my concerns around drainage and waterproofing and made sure everything drained properly into the gutter and the roof was fully waterproofed. They fixed our roof vents which had previously been blocked with spray foam, replaced some bad would on the porch roof, and realigned some soffit that an animal had pried apart.

Jimmy provided detailed pictures of each step, so I could see the progress without climbing a ladder. The new roof looks great and I expect it to get a solid 20+ years out of it :)“
