From our very first conversation to the final finishing touches, they delivered a level of professionalism, care, and quality that is truly rare to find. In fact, I honestly don’t think I could find another contractor as responsible, capable, and thoughtful as they are, and that’s after searching for over a year. Right from the initial site visit, it was clear we were in good hands. They listened carefully to our vision, offered expert advice and handled every detail as we needed (i.e., agreement, permit, communication, scheduling, and coordination). Alan was professional, helpful, courteous and prompt to deal with. He came by for an estimate and provided us a quote in less than a day. He was upfront about the timing, his schedule and challenges with winter. We got 2 sets of doors for the backyard and a few feet of fence. Our order was ready earlier than expected. Alan and his son completed the job within a few hours. I had a couple questions about my recently finished basement and Alan was nice enough to answer based on his professional experience. I will be reaching out to him after the winter for a couple more things.
