We live in a condo/townhome complex and after the last snowfall we were completely blocked in until Gary arrived on the scene. He was incredibly efficient, kind and genuinely helpful. Many of our cars were stuck and our properties were blocked by snow and Gary truly came to the rescue. We are so grateful for his hard work and professionalism. Thank you, Gary!

MPS does an excellent job maintaining our condo at Rouge Valley West. The common areas are always well maintained and the building and its surrounding landscaping are always kept in top shape. Thank you to the MPS team that maintains the Rouge Valley West area for always doing an amazing job!
In July, 2024, I hired MPS Property Services for my landscaping needs. This exercise involved both front and backyard resodding, supplying and installing plant material and also a new interlocking patio.
Toby and crew were excellent; very professional, hardworking and efficient. Everyone on site was punctual, and ensured the work areas were kept clean and organized. The quality of product and workmanship provided was superb.
