Ryan at First Line Heating was excellent. The blower motor went on our furnace on a Saturday. Ryan went above and beyond to source the part on a weekend. Everything was installed and running perfectly on Sunday. He is very friendly, professional and knows his stuff. I highly recommend.

After reaching out to several HVAC companies for quotes to install a gas line for my stove, I found Ryan to be not only the most affordable but also the most professional. From the initial conversation, he was transparent about costs, provided a clear breakdown, and set realistic expectations on both the timeframe and process for completing the job.
On installation day, Ryan and his assistant Skye arrived punctually, fully prepared, and equipped with protective coverings to ensure no mess would be made in my home. My old AC woke up dead on Thursday, I called Firstline at about 3pm and left a message, about 45 minutes later I got a call, explained my predicament, they came to the house and assessed the situation, later in the evening I got a quote which I accepted, I paid 50% upfront, the new system was installed Monday and is up and running, 2 technicians came to the house, one worked outside on the AC unit and the other inside the house at the furnace installing a new cooling coil which was bigger the the old one. Both of the guys have done a bang up excellent job. I give the top billing, 5 stars. Excellent service all round. Today’s Tuesday and I’ve paid the other 50%?
