The team at Fire Away Bowmanville, Cindy and Nick, were great in helping us find the right insert to convert our woodburning fireplace to gas. We also installed a new unit in the basement. The install day the team arrived on time and made sure everything was completely clean and orderly during the install. Josh and Jonathan were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The team worked hard and we are very happy with the results! The colder months won't be so chilly now!
Quality products & professional service. Jason and Justin were very friendly, and quickly removed old bbq & installed new one. They reviewed all the features, cleaned it and put the cover on before leaving. Much appreciated.
Thank you Jason and Justin for taking the time to do a thorough job on cleaning my fireplaces. I appreciate you explaining what you were doing, how to care for the fireplaces and other products I might be interested in. Great job!
