Lee has been our go to HVAC guy for many years. He is honest, efficient and reliable. He takes the time to explain the work and he is fair about what needs to be done and honest if it’s just a maintenance check with no further work required. Last year he was very thorough in checking an urgent AC problem and found it was a simple part replacement. This year he provided a detailed maintenance check and cleaned up our AC, finding everything in good working order. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he is respectful about not adding extra services if they aren’t required. I highly recommend Red Seal Mechanical!
