After a disappointing experience with another embroidery company, I was so fortunate to find this business. We needed a custom backpack embroidery done on a very tight timeline, and they absolutely went above and beyond to make it happen.
Not only was the turnaround time incredibly fast, but they also took the time to explain the entire process to me, answered all my questions, and made everything stress-free. The pricing was beyond fair, especially considering the rush and the complexity of the embroidery design.
The final product looked absolutely fantastic. Our design was much more detailed than a simple stitch job, and they completely exceeded expectations with the quality and attention to detail.
