This review is long overdue since it's been over 2.5 years since Mark and his guys came to do our floors but I still find myself admiring our floors on a weekly basis and referring them every chance I get. These days, I feel like you can find just about anyone to install LVP, Decoroma's prices were competitive and it's Mark's customer service, and level of professionalism that really puts them in a league of their own. The installers that came were true professionals, they showed up when they were supposed to and we were completely blown away by the way they cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark (franchise owner) and his staff were both very helpful. Flooring selection seemed quite broad. The pricing, at least for what we looked at, was very fair. Overall, an excellent experience!

The sales associate was very helpful. He made dome good suggestions and helped me decide between vinyl or lament. I am going with lament but unfortunately they didn't have the right shade of brown I was looking for. Will definitely keep them in mind when I am ready to do the basement.
