From the moment we walked into the store we had a good feeling and decided on the spot we would be using this company.Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience from walking into the showroom, delivery of the flooring and installation was a good experience.The hardwood installation went smoothly. Zoltan is amazing! He worked like a machine and his work was flawless!He is personable. After the two bedrooms and walk in closets were completed you couldn’t even tell he’d been in our home! Adam from Floortrends in Bowmanville came and did the measurements and estimate and they were bang on. Shane and James did the installation, they had great personalities and great to talk to. We required 2 bedrooms to be carpeted prior to moving into our new home. We visited the Bowmanville store and Adam showed us samples and explained the carpet options. After selecting the carpet Adam worked to meet our short time line for the install. The installers arrived on time, were efficient and did an excellent job of installation.We would certainly return for future purchases...
