This guy Bill is a crook and should not be allowed to be in business. My 85 year old mother called him to repair the washer. He came turned it on said it was fine. Charged her the fee, she paid him and he left, even after my mother told him he didn’t let it run long enough. Bill said he would get back to her. My Mother called him back many times, he never called back. My husband looked up the problem on YouTube and fixed the washer in 15 minutes with a 64.00 part. This guy should not be allowed to take advantage of elderly people.Service: Washing machine repair

I have used AH Appliance for appliance repairs in my home so when we needed a freezer repaired at work I knew just who to call. Bill came out the same day we called for service and was able to diagnose the problem right away.He had to order a part but was back the next morning to install it and complete the repair.He was professional and courteous (as always) - we couldn't be happier with the repair or the level of service.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

DO NOT use AH Appliance! We should've read the reviews before booking Bill to assess our fridge. He did the same to us. He came and assessed the problem. He said he needed to order a part and we never heard from him after 3 weeks. We contacted Bosch and found out that he never even placed the order for the part. After another 2 weeks of Bosch trying to reach out to him, we finally booked another service company. Bill's lack of communication is unprofessional. If you want your appliance repaired go with another company. We were without a working fridge for 2 and a half months!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
