Tim was incredible to work with. Not knowing what we were facing in terms of cleanup after our sewage backed up into our basement and had to sit for 2 weeks while we waited for another company to come in and fix the broken sewage line, we contacted ServPro. Tim was incredibly kind and was able to meet me at the house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and was able to give an immediate estimate. To my surprise, Tim had all his equipment with him and was able to start the job immediately.
