PetSmart is overall a great place, the staff is nice and the products are great but, I’ve been waiting for weeks for my dogs grooming appointment and they wouldn’t let her go till she got her shots and before we could even get in the car to go they called and canceled the appointment BECAUSE they only have 2 groomers available and they BOTH called out sick, the next appointment they offered was NOV 30th which is outrageous.
We recently visited to pick up supplies for our new pet turtle, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed — from the right tank setup to food and accessories. They really took the time to answer our questions and made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and their customers. Highly recommend this location! 🐢👏
Lots of products, love going there, but when there is a sale 12 for $10.99 , I want the cashier to note that to me, but she didn't. I was a little down with something and was rushing out. I still wouldn't mind getting 2 more, but I realized when I read the e-receipt at home.
