About PERFORMANCE SALES & ACCESSORIES
Performance Sales & Accessories is an established automotive dealership founded in 1998. The business has built a strong reputation as an honest and fair dealership, recognized for its expertise in lifted trucks and a wide range of automotive services. As a NAPA AUTO PRO and TIRE DISCOUNT CENTER, the dealership provides vehicle accessories, regular maintenance, and customization options for customers in the Greater Quinte Area.
Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff and efficient service, with many noting that the team goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Recent reviews highlight the outstanding service received when purchasing new tires, such as a set of 35’s. The staff, including members like Geordie, Dave, and Mike, are praised for their helpfulness and expertise, making Performance Sales & Accessories a preferred destination for truck enthusiasts and vehicle owners alike. However, while the parts department is consistently noted for its excellent service, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service department. Overall, Performance Sales & Accessories continues to deliver quality service and support to the community.
We recently purchased a 2018 Chev Truck from Performance.
Ron and Terry were so so accommodating making my wife and I feel comfortable. You can tell they really care about there customers. They guided us through the purchase and helped us pick out the exact truck we wanted.
Dave Prance did the final paperwork and finalizing all the details. He explained in detail and everything we needed to know.
Dave was so sincere in answering all of our questions not making us feel rushed in making decisions about anything we asked him.
We purchased a couple of accessories and add ons and the whole staff went above and beyond.!!!
We absolutely LOVE THE TRUCK
I have been in many times doing different stuff to the jeep and the gladiator.
2 sets of tires, rims, lift and level kit, stabilizer, always able to get me what I want or need!
Just recently the gladiator had a u joint on its way out.
Parts were ordered, truck was in, everything went great!
When i thought I heard a noise a couple days later the boys were quick to have me right back in monday morning, double check everything, and assure me I had been hearing something caused by muck and debre rather then an issue. Then cleaned it up for me, and let me test it and sure enough... quiet as can be!
Thanks for always being my go to shop when I need ya!
I’ve been going to this company on and off as needed for over 20 years and every time I needed something. They always come through for me. I don’t have boat loads of money, I work for a living, they always have a way to make things work. I just purchased a new set of 35’s for my truck and received outstanding service from Geordie , I can honestly say without a doubt they are getting better .
Shout out to everyone at PSA….you guys are doing an excellent job, and I will proudly display your logo on my truck, keep up the great work
